Welcome! I have taken the initiative to host Madcow's Geocities page (originally located at http://geocities.com/elitemadcow1/) due to Yahoo's recent announcement that Geocities will be taken down in the Summer of 2009. These pages hold a lot of useful information for anyone looking to get strong. I have used these programs before and I hope other people can use them too. Geocities bandwidth limit is much less than my bandwidth limit so these pages will not only be archived when Geocities goes under, but with better access. Anyway, enjoy!
